The Foundry is a worldwide artist development program for YouTube. Foundry, a YouTube platform for independent music that was founded in 2015, helps independent musicians at every level of their careers by offering annual seminars for artist development and continuing release support campaigns.
The largest class to date at Foundry features independent artists from all genres and geographical regions.

The Foundry honours the fortitude of independent artists and the neighbourhoods in which they live. Our international staff is fortunate to serve as their champion and lower obstacles in their path at every stage.
The artists of the Foundry Class of 2022 come from 15 different nations, ranging from the United States to Brazil and Sub-Saharan Africa. Country, afropop, soul, latin urban, and other genres are represented by the new generation of musicians.
