A report reaching Nsekuonline.com has it that two teenage lovers have been flogged publicly at WA for leaking their s3x video.
According to reports, the lady allegedly uploaded the sex video on social media on Sunday, May 29, 2022.
Following this indecent behavior, the Overlord of the Waala Traditional Area, Wa-Naa Fuseini Seidu Pelpuo IV, ordered their caning by some youth in Wa.
The two were lashed as their actions were against the customs and traditions of the Waala Traditional Area.
It is said that the two lovers were supposed to take 100 canes each, but it was reduced to 20.
The Waala Traditional Area constituted a by-law in late 2021, banning such practices after it was observed that leaked sex tapes were on the rise amongst the youth in the Wa municipality.
The Overlord of the Waala Traditional Area has warned that anyone who leaks their sex tape or nude photos will face the bye-laws of the traditional area.

However, some social media users have expressed their disappointment over how the people in town handled the matter. While some accepted that the punishment was good, others were of the belief that they could have found a better way of handling it.
