A Nigerian man has taken to social media to express his joy after boarding a flight for the first time in his life.
In a Twitter post, Chukwuma Ezeh disclosed that when he was still an apprentice nine years ago, he began fantasizing about the day he would board an airplane.
According to the young man, he remained with his boss at his home near Asaba airport, where he often watched planes land.
Chukwuma’s dream became a reality several years later, and he made sure to capture the memorable moment.
Sharing photos and videos, he wrote; “First flight. 9 years ago, I had just moved into my master’s house which was close to Asaba airport. I would wash my oga’s clothes at the back of the house & watch planes fly past as they descend towards the airport. “One day” I kept muttering to myself. That day was today.”
