News picking from the internet has it that some people in Zimbabwe have allegedly resorted to selling their toes for thousands of dollars.
According to a Facebook post sighted, the people of Zimbabwe are selling their toes for money due to the high cost of living and the failure of the government to create jobs.
One interesting fact about this activity is that the larger your toes, the higher you earn.
According to reports, a huge toe costs $40,000 (N16 million naira), a middle toe costs $20,000 (N16 million naira), and a smaller toe costs $20,000 (N16 million naira) (N8 million dollars).
“In Zimbabwe, people have started selling their toes for thousands of dollars. This is due to the high cost of living and failure for the government to create jobs. The toes is being bought at $40,000 dollars (N16m) While the smaller ones at $20,000 dollars (N8m),” the Facebook post reads.
