Serene Insurance awarded as the fastest growing insurance company.

The First Sky Group company Serene Insurance, which provides general insurance in Ghana, was recognized Friday night at the 5th Ghana Insurance Awards as having the fastest rate of growth.

The award is a result of Serene Insurance’s reputation as a supplier of trustworthy and affordable insurance products and services that cater to the demands of the insured public.

After starting off with just one branch, Serene Insurance now boasts nine locations, 68 employees, and more than 40,000 institutional and retail clients, demonstrating the company’s continuous expansion and market penetration in Ghana over the course of four years.

Serene Insurance has established itself as the new face of insurance thanks to its aggressive agency network expansion, which has seen it add over 200 active agents across the nation, unmatched customer service, strong financial foundation, and status as one of the sector’s best-capitalized firms.

Serene Insurance recorded over GH43.3 million in gross written premiums for the 2021 financial year, which represents a 50% increase as compared to GH21.7 million in 2020. Serene Insurance has demonstrated substantial growth in key financial measures throughout its various business divisions.

The head of marketing of Serene Insurance, Mrs. Eugenia Agyire-Tettey, responded to the honor by saying: “At Serene Insurance, we are driven by the maxim that the best form of client retention is a happy customer. For this reason, we have been committed to and centered on making rapid and unprecedented claim payments, keeping our word.

In order to support its operations and give policyholders an additional layer of security, Serene Insurance has worked with reputable local and worldwide reinsurance brands, according to Mrs. Agyire-Tettey. This shows a dedication to protecting the interests of its clients.

The General Manager, Mr. Michael Agbleke, stated that Serene Insurance held the honor in the highest regard and emphasized that it would serve as a constant reminder for the business to work harder to create value for all stakeholders.
