Ghanaian Afro-pop singer-songwriter, Noella Wiyaala porpularly known as Wiyaala has been invited to join Grammy Recording Academy.
The singer has been invited to join a select group of 2,700+ members of the Recording Academy who represent a variety of professions, musical genres, and ethnic backgrounds.
She can vote and influence other facets of the music industry by becoming a member of the Recording Academy.
In a post via Instagram, Wiyaala thanked the academy for the invitation and tweeted the news.
“I am grateful. Thank you! @RecordingAcad for inviting me to be a member. ???#Roarrrrrr ???????,” she posted.
