An angry Nigerian woman was captured on camera in a bank ranting over a transaction that had been made on her account but not by her.
The woman vented her anger and bemoaned how N1 million (GHc19,155) had reportedly been taken from her account.
In a self-recorded video, the woman was seen criticizing the bank and its employees for not assisting her in undoing the transaction.
She believes that the maximum she may spend each day on her account is N150,000 (GHc2873.26). However, Opay was used to withdraw more than N1 million (GHc19,155) from her account.
She stated that the bank had stated that nothing could be done since it needed instructions from the corporate office.
